Whether it’s an individual or group, PII RH offers coaching that is in keeping with everyone’s requirements.
In individual coaching, the coachee finds the keys to his professional development while working on his personal development.
In team coaching, coachees strengthen their ability to work together and collaborate. Our expertise in the realm of business, favors rapid solution-oriented diagnosis and coaching.
The coaching team: support collective performance
Beyond the team, the notion of community
Among all the aspects of the organization affected by the ongoing changes, the notion of a team is concerned:
- Managers or leaders often manage projects that include many people who do not belong within their teams.
- Talents are organized by skills and organization and are disrupting traditional hierarchies and organization charts.
- There are more and more Freelancers and represent the integral part of the team which needs to integrate as a whole.
Our coaching team
« Coming together is the beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success. » Henry Ford
In our team coaching missions, we encourage participants to think in groups and aim to improve everyone's performance in carrying out a common project, using methods of collective analysis and diagnosis.
Our role: to support the team in optimizing its collective processes and operating methods
Combining fun and practicality, our coaches are specialists in team support: management team coaching - team coaching.
As part of a Team Coaching, our coaches support the teams in order to:
- Set up the team's "processes" and operating methods.
- Develop a genuine esprit by generating motivation.
- Make people want to work together.
- Strengthen co-responsibility and self-sufficiency.
- Voluntarily resolve difficulties or conflicts.
- Define a new strategy or a new organization.
- Find solutions.
Our goal is to support the development of "cultural maturity" within a team. To put it otherwise, developing autonomy, responsibility, and individual and collective performance. The success of this process is measured "by the success as a whole". The latter is based on the prior definition of precise, operational, and financial indicators.
Team coaching differs from traditional "team building" through its duration and frequency. It brings together individuals around the group's operating methods to strengthen its ability to work together and collaborate.
The goal is to sustain the dynamic and collective intelligence around the success of ambitious projects, over time.
Whether it’s about:
- In-house mobility.
- In-house transformations.
- Organize itself around new issues or to strengthen its collective operating methods.
- Recent teams or not.
In the case of executive coaching, beyond the work within the team itself, the support shall be focused on the "transformation" of the management of the entire organization and may lead to the implementation of new operational, financial, marketing and human resources strategies.
Many changes that strengthen the need for teams to be supported. In addition to technical or commercial innovation, collaboration is one of the factors in the economic performance of a company. Collaboration is the first pillar of the business of tomorrow (both for the organization itself and for the employees).
