As respect for your privacy and personal data is a priority for PII RH, the purpose of this Privacy Policy is to present the content of the personal data processing operations carried out on the SITE.

The processing of personal data is regulated:

Definitions of the terms

  • APPLICANTS: refers to a USER of the SITE who benefits from the HR IIP SERVICES.
  • CLIENT: refers to PII RH clients benefiting from recruitment consulting services.
  • PII RH: refers to the operator who makes available to the USERS the SERVICES available on the SITE.
  • PROCESSING MANAGER: refers to the entity which, alone or jointly with another, determines the means and purposes of processing personal data.
  • SERVICES: refers to all the services provided by PII RH in the context of its activity.
  • SITE: refers to the Internet SITE accessible at the address http://www.piirh.com/; the SITE includes all the web pages, services and functionalities that are offered to you as a USER, APPLICANT or CLIENT of PII RH.
  • SUBCONTRACTOR: refers to the person processing personal data on behalf of the PROCESSING RESPONSIBLE, who acts under the authority of the PROCESSING RESPONSIBLE and on instructions from the latter.

Register of processing operations

The processing of your personal data is the subject of processing sheets which are included in the PII RH processing register.

Purposes of the processing operation

Your various data may be collected by PII RH in order to:

  • manage your consents and authorizations regarding the use of your personal data, in particular to be able to offer you a professional opportunity;
  • allow your profile to be adapted to the needs of our CLIENTS in the context of recruitment,
  • enable you to benefit from PII RH SERVICES,
  • manage communications and the follow-up of our exchanges, particularly in the context of possible disputes;
  • manage your requests related to the exercise of your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing operations concerning you, portability, definition of the fate of your data after your death and opposition, which you benefit from pursuant to the regulations on personal data;
  • to trace and administer the evidence that PII RH must report in accordance with its legal or regulatory obligations or for purposes related to litigation management;
  • to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations applicable to the HR IIP activity,
  • to send you personalized or non-personalized information messages, by mail or electronically, depending on your profile.

In any event, and for each defined purpose, PII RH will use all means at its disposal to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data entrusted to it, in compliance with the laws and regulations in force.

3.3. Consent As controller, PII RH must obtain the consent of the SITE USERS to collect and process their personal data.

In accordance with the provisions in force, the USER's consent must be free, given for each designated purpose, informed and unambiguous. It is given by a declaration or positive action, which constitutes the USER's agreement to the processing of personal data concerning him/her.

In this case, any USER whose data are collected for the aforementioned purposes has:

  • either given his or her consent at the time of application;
  • or given consent when requesting contact with PII RH.

In any case, you are informed of the purposes for which your data are collected by us via the various online data collection forms.

When necessary, PII RH undertakes, as the case may be, to obtain your consent and/or to allow you to object to the use of your data for certain purposes, such as the possibility of sending you commercial prospecting or placing third-party cookies on your devices (mobile phone, computer, tablet) for the purpose of measuring the audience of our site and to propose commercial offers according to your interests.

4.1. Purposes of the processing carried out by PII RH

4.2 Identity of the controller Within the framework of the above-mentioned purposes, PII RH will have the status of PROCESSING RESPONSIBLE. Indeed, PII RH will necessarily collect and process the personal data of the APPLICANTS and USERS of the SITE for the execution of its SERVICES.

As such, PII RH guarantees to APPLICANTS and USERS that it processes its data in compliance with the rights and obligations arising from the "Informatique et Libertés" law and the RGPD.

It is therefore expressly agreed between the parties that PII RH, as PROCESSING MANAGER, will use all means in its possession to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data entrusted to it.

4.3 Consent

Data recipients

Only the persons mentioned below may have access to the personal data of the CANDIDATES:

  • The SUBCONTRACTORS that PII RH can use in the execution of the SERVICE;
  • The authorized personnel of the various HR IIP services;
  • CUSTOMERS of the PII RH company to whom the data of the APPLICANTS are transmitted;
  • Third parties (social networks) who may place cookies on your devices (computers, tablets, mobile phones...) when you consent (For more details, see Article 9).

    Only the persons mentioned below may have access to USERS' data:- The authorized personnel of the various HR IIP services;

Data retention period

PII RH undertakes that the data collected will be kept in a form that allows you to be identified for a period of time that does not exceed the period necessary for the purposes for which the data are collected and processed.

However, data processing is possible for the proof of a right or contract. Such data may also be stored for the purpose of complying with a legal obligation or kept in files in accordance with applicable regulations and laws.

Data relating to the identity, contact details and professional life (CV) of the APPLICANTS are kept by PII RH for a period of two (2) years from the date of your last contact with PII RH.

The data collected or processed for the management of litigation are kept by PII RH for five (5) years for the purpose of proof.

In addition, PII RH may archive the personal data collected to meet its legal obligations or to have the necessary information to assert its rights, under the conditions provided for by the regulations.

With respect to cookies referred to in Article 9 of this Privacy Policy, it is specified that the information stored on your device (e.g. cookies) or any other element used to identify you for audience statistics purposes is not stored for a period of more than six (6) months. After this period, the raw attendance data associated with an identifier is either deleted or anonymized.

Finally, in order to ensure the proper functioning and continuous improvement of the SITE and its functionalities, raw attendance data associated with an identifier are kept for a period of thirteen (13) months. After this period, they are deleted or made anonymous.

PII RH keeps the CANDIDATE's personal data for a period of time that does not exceed the time necessary to achieve the intended purpose.

For the provision of SERVICES

Your data is kept during the execution of the SERVICES.

Data relating to the identity (name), contact details (e-mail address) and professional life (CV) of the APPLICANT are kept for (2) years from the date of submission of his application via the SITE.

Data relating to the results of the CANDIDATE's analyses and tests shall be kept for two (2) years from the completion of these analyses.

For litigation management

Your data is stored for five (5) years for the purposes of proof.

If you are a USER: from the time you last connected to the SITE.

If you are a CANDIDATE: from the time of our last contact.

For audience and statistical measurements

6 months, then your data is deleted or anonymized

To ensure the proper functioning and continuous improvement of our SITE

13 months, then your data are deleted or anonymized..

Your rights

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the RGPD, you have the following rights:

  • Right to block or erase your personal data (Article 17 DGPS), when they are inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or whose collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited (read more)

  • In the event of death and in the absence of instructions from you, we undertake to destroy your data, except where their storage is necessary for evidential purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

In the event of a copy of an identity document being provided to prove your identity, we will keep it for one (1) year or three (3) years when this communication is made as part of the exercise of a right of opposition. PII RH and its possible SUBCONTRACTORS undertake to implement all technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of its processing of personal data and the confidentiality of your data, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, the European Data Protection Regulation (DGPS) and Act No 2018-133 of 26 February 2018 "on various provisions for adapting to European Union law in the security field".

In this respect, PII RH takes the necessary precautions, with regard to the nature of your data and the risks presented by its processing, to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent them from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties (physical protection of the premises, authentication process for CANDIDATES with personal and secure access via confidential identifiers and passwords, connection logging, encryption of certain data, etc.).

Transfers outside of the EU

PII RH undertakes not to transfer USERS' data outside the European Union.

In the event that PII RH has to do so, it would inform the USERS, indicating the measures taken to control this transfer and ensure that the confidentiality of their data is respected.
